Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science, history, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education) or a registered nurse; or a high school diploma and 12 semester credit hours in a relevant field plus 2 years of direct contact experience with mental health individuals
  • 1-3 years of experience working with children and/or adults in a mental health setting preferred
  • 1-3 years of case management experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable automobile
  • Ability to work in various settings, including individuals' homes and community locations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to remain composed in pressured situations
  • Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
